GODDESSES: SEASON TWO
The term Goddess was first mentioned early in 1500, and it was stated by the Egyptians whom would worship their Gods and Goddesses. At the time there were Goddesses of Beauty, Love, Motherhood and Fertility. Centuries forward, we are in the 21st century and women don’t have to pray nor worship Goddesses, because that’s who they are.
In 2018, I came back from my country Honduras with this new idea showcase our Latino culture. At the same time I knew that I couldn't lose the meaning of GODDESS. I had to figure out a way more ambitious and that put my creativity at it's maximum. I decided to incorporate videography in this season, as a Latino I know that we have traditional clothings, folklore music and hard working women. So, it clicked. I will have girls wear their traditional from their respective countries and in they knew the traditional dance I will have them show it. If they didn't I will have them just show off the beauty of their traditional clothes. I am still working on it the goal is another 10 girls. This is the beginning.
